As warm weather returns, for many of us, our thoughts drift to visiting our local pool, lake, or shoreline for a cool relaxing swimming.  But, what if you could simple walk out into your own backyard and take a quick swim in your own pool, or after a long stressful day at the office unwind in your very own hot tub or spa, wouldn’t that be the cherry on top?  You wouldn’t have to worry about, getting back into your car and driving, or walking through the neighborhood, only to not be permitted to take a relaxing swimming because one of your neighbors is celebrating their child’s birthday.  Instead, all you would have to do is simply slip into your bathing suit and walk out doors into your own private swimming pool or soak in your very own spa. 

Nearly everyone only considers the price when purchasing either a swimming pool or hot tub/ spa.  It is true that these are sizeable investments when you consider that the average price of a hot tub/ spa is approximately $5,000 depending on the style, model, and accessories chosen.  Above ground pools can cost anywhere between $4,000 to well over $12,000, depending on the accessories you purchase and if you want an in-ground pool, then expect to spend anywhere from $30,000 to well over $60,000, again, depending on the accessories that you choose.  However, price should not be the primary factor that you consider.
